MdM Sweden emphasizes the access to health care for all and focused on the vulnerable groups such as undocumented migrants (UDM).
Since access to health care is part of the human rights, MdM Sweden provides the UDM health care but also reports and take all opportunities to inform any influential personalities of the swedish society who can have an impact on this issue . In Sweden, the health care access is very difficult for the UDM since they have to pay as a tourist without no insurance.

The national project in Sweden is a "drop-in" clinic which started 1995 and opened one evening for two hours a week. The medical staff are more than 100 volunteers. In 2008, there were 1187 visits (69% to the medical doctors, 18% to the midwife, 10% to the physiotherapist and 3% to the psychologists). Advices regarding legal matters are also available in the drop-in clinic for undocumented migrants and asylum seekers.
